A rare 1926 RAF white dial
clock made by FW Elliott.
This is the only 1926 dial clock
that we have found in the last twenty years. The case is stamped
GR V (for King George V) and dated 1929. The movement is signed
for FW Elliott but undated which was the fashion from 1924 to 1929.
We found the clock in the USA. The case has the mid 1954 RAF stock
markings dated 20 July 1954.
The case has been re-polished,
the dial re-painted and the movement overhauled.
