War Diaries

These five items comprise a scholarly review of the activities of RAF Fighter Command from 1939 to the end of 1942, the details taken from the War Diaries.

One has a forward by JEJ.  Four copies carry a hand written dedication to Johnnie Johnson by the author, John Foreman.

The fifth was completed just after Johnnie Johnson’s death and includes a note written to Jan Partridge, thanking her for allowing him to attend the memorial service at St Clement Dane’s.
